Welcome to our February Challenge, a huge thank you again to everyone who took part in last months challenge, I am still in shock at how many people joined us, thank you all :o)

As normal please note the 'Challenge Rules' tab (above), it would be great if you could pop by and check out the rules if this is your first time taking part, they are pretty straight forward but we want to make sure that the challenges are fair to everyone.

So get your ribbons out and glam up your page with glitter, gems, pearls etc and have fun!

Wow! Again what can I say, I am totally blow away by the amount of people who have entered our first challenge of the year. Thank you so much to everyone for joining in with our little challenge. Anything Goes

As it's a new year and hopefully you got some nice goodies for Christmas I thought we would keep it simple and fun so feel free to enter any papercraft project that you like (as long as it's new!). I can wait to see all your projects!

Annie
Annie has created a page all about 2011 and her memorable moments. She used a range of papers and cut up words and stickers for the embellishments. For the photos she chose the ones she wanted and printed out a contact sheet, cut them up and stuck them in and around the frames on the paper.

Jules
Jules created this fab Calender as a present. She used mainly Crate Paper 'Random', with some Jillibean Soup alphas, Anita's calendar tabs, a couple of bookrings and a photo frame from The Range.

Tracy
Tracy made this fab altered wreath with handmade paper flowers for 2012!

Christmas Images & Colours

Annie has made a Christmas journal.
The 2nd picture is of my stash used for this project (mostly from TMC) and the first is the cover of my december journal. Iv'e taken an old 'toast' catalogue and I will be altering through the month. (so keep an eye on Annie's Blog and our shop blog for more!)

On the cover I have used:

Inspiration Picture

I drew inspiration from the glitter element of the baubles in the photo to make a page about this season. I added glitter to the back of the overlays by using liquid adhesive inside the frame pattern and sprinkling glitter over it to give the page some bling!

I created 2 cards taking inspiration from the round baubles and glitter!

Even though we have had unusually hot weather over the last week we should soon be expecting autumn weather and the change of the natural colours around us. So we would like you so celebrate the autumn by using leaves on your project.

'New'

September is the time of year when children go back to school and is often therefore associated with a new start, so we are staying in-keeping with that.

You can interpret in any way you wish, maybe it's a new school year for your children or you have just started a new job, maybe you have a new baby or have just moved into a new house. Or maybe you want to create a project using new stash or a new tool that you have just purchased. As long as there is something new on your project then your good to go!

So here is our inspiration from the design team:

Katy created this gorgeous layout about her new dress and new adventure in her battle with Agoraphobia.

Julie

Julie created these 2 gorgeous cards for a new baby and new home.

Annie

Annie has created this layout useing all new stash, a new photo and made it about her daughter starting her new junior school next week!

I have created a layout about my new flat!
All the bits used here (except the alphas and ribbon) are from the Echo Park For the Record Collection.

Welcome to the Truly Madly Crafty Challenge blog and our first challenge!

I am very excited to bring you this new monthly challenge blog and I hope that lots of you will join in and that we will be able to bring you some great inspiration :o)
